Investigating how interiors of Medieval castles in Wales
were decorated from the Norman period through to the
15th century. This lecture will include a tour of areas of
the castle that are home to surviving examples of Medieval
wall paintings & stone carvings, some of which are some of
the oldest surviving pieces of secular decoration in Britain. |
